"Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge making sure it is correctly installed"

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP ENVY Photo 7855. I changed two Black Cartridge but get the same error message "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge making sure it is correctly installed".  I update the Firmware, clean the contact, reset the printer twice. It doesn't solve. Please help. Thank you.

Dear Sentpeter,

 

Make sure to check that the cartridge is not expired and that it is a Genuine HP 64 cartridge.  I would recommend contacting HP Support, as they can connect to your printer remotely.

I contacted HP Support and follow the Virtual Agent direction, i.e. clean the copper contact dots on the printer. I changed 3 cartridges but did not solve the problem.  Too much time and efforts! I finally gave up and went to Amazon buy a refurbished HP ENVY Photo 7858 for $114 plus tax and shipping.
