Hello I am having this same problem

I have talked to several nice people at HP but none can seem to fix this.

Kumar, thank you for your reply. I have been on the phone with Instant Ink support four or five times, no one can seem to help. They do not know what the error message means or why I can't re-enroll my printer.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
