I purchased an HP 206X black toner cartridge some time ago as a backup.  When I went to install it, the actual toner cartridge in the the box was Cyan.  How do I actually speak to someone to get this resolved?

I understand that you received the wrong cartridge. When was it purchased and where was it purchased from?
