@lisalouxx, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Your Instant Ink Cartridges!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
HP Instant Ink or Toner cartridges are the property of HP and must be returned when empty or when your service is canceled. Here is how you can return the empty Instant Ink or Toner supplies for recycling:
Use the recycling envelope or prepaid shipping label that came with your last shipment of replacement supplies.
If you do not have an envelope or label, order more on your account page or the HP Planet Partners website.
Instant Ink customers: Order return supplies on the account page.
- Sign into your Instant Ink account or your Instant Ink for Business account.
- Click HP Instant Ink, and then Overview in the left menu.
- Click Recycle your ink cartridge or Recycle your toner cartridge at the bottom of the Cartridge Status area.
HP All-in Plan for Print customers: Order return supplies at HP Planet Partners.
Use the recycling envelope or shipping label to return the part:
- Ink cartridges: To maximize environmental benefits, wait until you have three to eight empty ink cartridges before returning them to HP.
- Toner cartridges: Apply the prepaid shipping label to an old Instant Ink toner box or your own box.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
