redeem code for more ink

I just bought this new printer from QVC, and it was suppose to have free 12 months of ink.One code for 8 months and one for 4 months.  When I signed in to HPinstantink.com, I was able to redeem my code for 8 months, but there is not another place  on the site to redeem another code, which would be my code for  4 months.  If I cant redeem the 4 months, this printer will be returned................

Kindly send a picture of the coupon codes you got with the printer to assist you better.

Still cant redeem pin code , called the hp consumer service , The said my 4 month pin code was invalid, but offered no solution.
