I am getting the error message, reinstall ink cartridges and have done this dozen of times, for months this has come up. Ive cleaned them as instructed, reconnected the printer, switched off and on wifi etc. I'm paying an instant ink subscription every month and getting nothing from it! It says they wont send me a new cartridge because they cannot see how much ink I have, yet these cartriges are faulty! Please help, I'm at my wits end, home schooling tomorrow as well as teaching students remotely and on rota in school. Please help!
