HP Deskjet 2655 Mac OS Mojave
I have tried alignment and cannot get any black print so cannot read what the printed page might be trying to tell me. When I try to clean the printheads I still get no black printout. At one point I got a dialog box that popped up and said, "Please fix this problem, then try again." Swell. It did NOT tell me what problem needed to be fixed. I have tried unplugging the printer and plugging it back in. Have removed and reinstalled the black cartridge three times. Nada.
