Product: hp envy 5020
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

turn on hp envy 5020 printer installed new ink only print one page. than its start show error.  remove and reinstall the cartridge. i done everything hard reset. clean it . still problem there. its completely waste of money on hp products. i don't understand why these companies keeps the things so complicated.
