remove and reinstall the indicatd cartridge

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have received two replacement ink cartridges and have he same error message, I have not had this printer 6 months and cannot use it. I have tried every troubleshooting item there is. Very annoying, What can I do?
