I have attempted to cancel my account with hp a number of times nut nothing works. and no one picks up the phone so I cant talk to a human.

I am still being charged $5.99 every month even after I have tried canceling for the last 3 months. There is no way to remove my credit card details from this **bleep** website. I would like my credit card details removed and a refund for the last few months.
