Product: Envy2055-6025
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After4 hours on the phone trying to correct paper jam, on Envy 2055 gave up and ordered Envy 6255 from you with the assurance that the 5 ink cartridges  65XL could be exchanged for 64XL. Case no:  [edit] and custome3r care no: [edit]

I think my previous message says it all see case # [edit]. I was assured by the tech that the five (5) 65xl unopened cartridges could be exchanged for five(5) 64xl cartages  3 Black and 2 Tricolor

Let me know about the shipping instructions.
