Hello,
I am enrolled in the instant ink service, My last ink cartridge shipment was in Jan 2023. I just replaced a new set of cartridges and am having issues in generating good quality prints, likely the ink in thee cartridges might have dried. I tried troubleshooting steps, there is an improvement in the quality but still these prints cannot be used. Can you please help me to order a new shipment? Thanks a lot.

Thank you for confirming your shipping address.
I have placed an order for the black and tri-color cartridge to be sent to you on express delivery, the cartridge is not ready to be shipped yet and once they are ready to be shipped you shall receive the tracking link via email and notification on the app.
