How can I return unused/not expired H P ink catriges for office pro printer 8630? Can I get refund?

I reside in Skokie, Illinois, USA.
I had Office Jet Printer pro 8630 which was replaced by Office jet pro 8740 recently.
I have unused print951 XL ink for HP Printer 8630 that are still in original box, not expired, as follows
Part No 5066-5688, hp 950-951 xl SRV ink combo kit( total 3 cartridge ( Cyan, yellow, magenta), EXP July 2020= Total 3
part No 5066-5688 HP 950 XL Black----------------------------------------------------------------EXP July 2020 = Total 1.
Part 5066-5728 HP 952 SRV INK Combo kit Cartridges , 3 cartridges ( Cyan,Yellow,Magenta ) -----EXP May 2021= Total 3.
Part 5066-5738 HP 952 black------------------------------------------------------------------------EXP May 2021=Total 1.
