My old printer would not print because of false errors about paper jam. The model was a HP Office Pro 8620. I had just purchase (2) Magenta 951, (2) Yellow 951, (2) Cyan 951 and (1) Black cartridges. My new printer is a HP Office Pro 9015 that uses a different cartridge system and I would like to return the 951 cartridges. Three unopen and four open cartridges.

you need contact sales team to get information about how to return the ink cartridges, here you have the phone number for sales team
