Hi,

yesterday I used my remaining monthly allowance and 1 page from my rollover, it did show me that I had remaining 299 pages left on the rollover, but this morning my it only shows my monthly allowance but it is showing 0 on the rollover, as today my billing cycle start all over, 

Do I have to wait until the following day before I can see the stats as they were before ?

To validate your instant ink subscription, we need some information related to instant ink. This information cannot be shared on a public post.

 

Provide the printer model number or the product number for further assistance.

Printer Model Number.

Instant Ink Account Email ID.

 

To access your private messages, click the Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link.
