I am very disappointed to see that they put to zero today my roll over ( that I was keeping hight ton print a book and I had 300 pages roll over for that !!) all lost because I couldn't connect my printer to my new router. It took me some time because I had issues as well with my internet and finally I got a new router and internet and I had to replug all. but that wasn't that long !! I never saw anywhere , where it is said to keep the printer on line for these reasons?

And if this was a in the contract it should have been clear. I  am wondering  now what else could stop my roll over ? and how many days off line before loosing all the cool over ?? I want my money back or have my roll over back ! How to proceed ? Impossible to get a phone number or an email address. Thank you for your help.
