If my plan is for 50 pages a month, and l have a rollover total of 78 pages, which l have, and l print 70 pages this month, do l get charged extra for those 20 pages, or do they just reduce my rollover pages to 58?

I understand you are facing an issue with your Instant Ink Account. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

Please contact the 1st holder person and ask them to cancel their Instant Ink Account
