why does hp not use my roll over pages before using my 50 page allowance

will i ever get them back as hp keeps using my 50 plan before using my 150 pages of rollover

HP Recommended

Rollover pages are used when you exceed your monthly plan. If you print up to 50 pages you will never use your rollovers, if you print 60 pages in one month 10 pages will be used from rollover and you will be left with 140 rollover pages.
