sent wrong cartridge

I’ve been shipped the wrong cartridge. What do I need to do to return it and have the right cartridge sent to me?

Hi. Thanks for contacting me. The model number is HP OfficeJet 4650.  I have the serial number and the FPU no. as well if that helps. Tim
