Hello, I am setting up my new printer. I have connected it to the wifi but when I try to print the HP ePrint page, I do not recieve a code or an email. It tells me to enter a code. What do I do if there is either or?

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
