Can I still use my setup cartridge (instant ink ready) after I cancel instant ink plan?
I used set up cartridge print many pages before enrolling in instant ink plan. I had larger instant ink cartridge from HP. But recently, I tried to refill the set up cartridge to replace the instant ink cartridge, but the plan keep counting my prints with set up cartridge.
I double checked that it was not counting at the first two days, but today, all prints with refilled set up cartridge were added to my bill. It is so unfair.
if I cancel the plan, can I still use the set up cartridge to print? Will instant ink lock my setup cartridge?

Hi @chuck20002004,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are looking for information related to your instant ink cartridges.
HP Instant Ink is based on pages, not cartridges. Requests to cancel take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Because the service bills at the end of each billing cycle, you will be able to use the instant ink cartridges till the end of your billing cycle.
Post the subscription is cancelled successfully, you will have to use regular trade ink cartridges to use your printer.
