shipping problem cartridges for starting the instant ink service

the tracking number of the cartridges shipment is not correct. The website of the DHL shipper announces that the traceability request has not been successful. Check the tracking number. I can help you, the shipment was made on 6 August 2019. Thank you

“Your Instant Ink account page has data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP’s data.  Any issues will be shown with steps to fix.  Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at “instantink.com

 

If you have not received the replacement ink cartridges yet. Please share out few details in a private message, so I can check your account details and initiate an order to ship you the replacement ink cartridges at an express shipment.

I have checked the account and it looks like there is some issue with the shipment.

 

But not to worry, I'm processing an order to ship you replacement ink cartridges at an express shipment.

 

You should receive the ink cartridges in a few days.
