Voglio solo riuscire a mettermi in contatto con Instant : la cartuccia 3 colori è ancora carica ma non funziona (non ha i colori magenta e magenta leggero). Basterebbe che Instant  mi mandasse quella cartuccia nuova. Ma non riesco a comunicare con voi e dire questo.

Thank you. The browser is obliging me put in Italian. Crasy.

I just need that Instant Ink send me a new cartridge as the one not empty doesn work after tests, cleaning and tests. I don't know how to communicate this and have a reply from Instant Ink that they are going to send me the cartridge.

I need to know how I could say to  instant ink to sen d me a Tricolor 63/302, as I'm sure it is the only thing to do: replace the one that doesn't work even if not empty (maybe I use it too rarely). Otherwise the only solution for me is to leave the contract instant ink and buy new cartridges by myself. But I'm not happy about that.
