This is my second post regarding Instant Ink - my first has gone unanswered.
Basically I am trying to sign up for the free Instant Ink printing plan. Initially when entered the required code, I received messages telling me that the printer was already added to an account (yes, mine!!)
Today I managed to print out another Congratulations page, but this one has only the email address I chose for the printer and no code. However, I read that I can use the first part of this address (without @hpeprint.com) as the code.
But the first part of the email address contains a full stop and I could not insert this using the keyboard! I did a copy & paste to insert the email address, but I was then told that the code for the printer is not recognized. Where do I go from here? I have printed out so many pages already that before long I won't be eligible for the free plan anyway!!
