I started the insta ink and got my first delivery. I had my own ink in the printer and continued to use it. I decided to cancel the insta ink and send it back. Now my printer will not communicate with my own cartridges. I have fairly new XL sizes and do not want to have to order more.

I understand you enrolled and then canceled the instant ink and you are unable to print from regular ink cartridges now.
