HP Instant Ink
Microsoft Windows 11

My HP 8020 Series printer which has always only used Instant Ink cartridges has suddenly stopped "reading" my ink cartridges as present.  As a result, I cannot print with it.  The online agent's solution, after I farted around with her for over an hour, was to send me new cartridges and close my case. Since the problem seems to be with the printer and not the cartridges, this was stupid and of no benefit. I have to have my printer to work from home and so I bought a new Canon printer. I tried to cancel my subscription to Instant Ink but it says I will be charged a whole month more on May23.  It's not my fault their printer can't read their damned ink cartridges as being present.  I am furious!
