Hello!

My printer is counting all too much kopies, an%d i am not sartisfired with my abbonnt anymore. i had to paid for kopis i´d n%ever got. What is wrong. it is not the first time that the counting fails . do I really had to stop my abonnement? or Will Hp kompensere  me ?
