How do I get support when I don't have a mobile phone?

1. I don't have a mobile phone. My land line number is in Calif.
2. I tried to resolve the problem on Chat without success.
3. I've not had this problem for nearly 10 months. For the past two months, the calculation of printings shows "0" although I usually print 1 to 5 pages daily. The printer works as desired, howver, I coninually see "0" in the calculations pane. Please reactivate the printings counter so I can manage/control the count.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 
Please follow these steps, 
>Ensure your printer is connected to the internet. 
>Restart both the printer and your internet router. 
>Update your HP smart app. 
>Logout and login to your instant ink account and manually sync the account.
