I just need to know how I find out which cartridge needs changing on my printer.  The message simply says 'replace cartridge'

@phobic1, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

You can certainly check the ink levels on the printer and then decide which cartridge needs to be changed. If the printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink Progam, View ink cartridge levels from your printer software, or from the HP Instant Ink icon  on the printer control panel. To view page counts and cartridge shipment status, visit your HP Instant Ink account page. For more information, go to HP Instant Ink - Obtaining Replacement Ink Cartridges.

If you still have issues, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
