I have damaged a replacement tri-color 67/307 cartridge sent to me by HP Instant Ink and my HP Envy 6032e printer is now only working on the black cartridge. I have received the following Cartridge error message.

"Either an ink cartridge is not installed or there is an issue with the installed cartridge. Replace or clean the cartridge to resolve the issue- you will not receive ink shipments until the error is resolved. Learn more about cleaning cartridges at support.hp.com. Visit the Help Centre or contact HP support for unresolved issues"

I am going round in circles trying to gat an answer to the question " how do I obtain a replacement cartridge" can any one advise as to  how do I contact HP to obtain this. 

Any help to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated

I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted. Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.   

 

To locate your account, please provide 

Your registered email address 

Your Instant Ink account ID 

Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink 

Confirm your address,
