I had problem with my payment and was not able to change cards until my new one came.
My HP Envy6110 service was discontinued. I was able to update with a new card to my instant ink, but it does not
update on All in ONe and so my HP envy6110 late payment has not been made and the printer doesn't work. I cancelled my
older printer the HP 8030 all in one, but HP Smart shows it as being in use and not the Envy. I no longer have the HP pro 8030 and am at a loss as to get my HP Envy online again. I have spoken with Support 3 xs without success.

Hi @Memeof22,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Update Payment Method: To update your payment method for the HP Instant Ink or HP All-In Plan for Print, follow these steps:
- Go to the HP Smart website, click Sign In, and enter your account credentials.
- Click Account in the left menu.
- Click HP All-In Plan Shipping & Billing.
- Click Manage your payment method under your payment method.
- Enter your new payment information and ensure all details are correct.
Remove HP Pro 8030 Printer: To remove your old HP Pro 8030 printer from HP Smart and ensure your HP Envy 6110 is set as the active printer:
- Go to the HP Smart website, click Sign In, and enter your account credentials.
- Click Printers in the left menu.
- Select the HP Pro 8030 printer and click Remove Printer.
- Ensure that the HP Envy 6110 shows up as the active printer.
Re-enrolling your HP Envy6110: If your HP Envy6110 service was discontinued, you may need to re-enroll the printer:
- Sign into your Instant Ink account.
- Click HP Instant Ink, then Update Plan in the left menu.
- Click the Keep Enrollment button if it appears at the top of the page to reinstate your account. If the button does not appear, enrollment has been finalized and you may need to re-enroll.
I hope this helps.
