Deskjet 3630

Please can anyone help me? My mum and dad recently give me their Deskjet 3630, they used instant ink and had recently gotten a delivery (this was only a few weeks ago) so it is full ink cartridges that are in the printer. it has been used one maybe twice since then, I have gone to use the printer yesterday and it is showing as both cartridges being empty, I had a look online and learned it may be because my mum and dad cancelled their instant ink subscription and so I would need to register the printer with instant ink to use my ink - when trying to do this I've been asked to print an information sheet of some sorts to get a code to be able to register - a code which will not print as the printer is showing as no ink. I cannot get in touch with HP at all and extremely frustrated as I'm a student working from home so need to be able to print. Please help!

I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the Instant Ink enrollment.
