unable to use my new cartridge

Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

i installed the new color cartridge which has been sent to my from hp, but suddenly my printer keeps telling me that i can't use the cartridge because i'm not enrolled to hp instant ink service....but that's not true! how can i solve this problem?
