My printed was locked by hp when I advised that I was only able to use my mobile hotspot which hp seemed not to be able to connect to.

hp continues to bill me every month yet I have not been connected, cannot use my printer as its locked and have not received any cartridges.

How do I get my printer unlocked and stop being billed?

TIA

@AndrewB2, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

If you wish to cancel the enrollment, click here to know how. Make sure you use regular HP ink cartridges in the printer to print once the enrollment is canceled. Instant Ink cartridges will not work.

HP cannot lock your printer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
