Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 All-in-One Printer

The blue print head on my HP Officejet Pro6960 printer is no longer working so I have decided to change my printer and buy a newer model. I have several unused Instant ink cartridges and they are not compatible with the new printer i am thinking of buying. Can they be used by someone else use them on a compatible printer or do I have to return them to HP.

I'd like to help!

 

The instant ink cartridges cannot be used on any other printer. You may have to ship it back to HP. 

 

However, If you need further assistance This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.
