@hawkive1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Instant Ink Unused Page Rollover!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
In HP Instant Ink, unused print pages from your plan can roll over to future months, but they do not roll over across multiple printers enrolled in your account. Here's why unused pages are specific to each printer:
Separate Plans for Each Printer: Each printer enrolled in Instant Ink has its own separate plan and associated page count. Therefore, pages are tracked individually per printer, and rollover pages apply specifically to the printer they were originally allocated to.
Account Management: When managing multiple printers under Instant Ink, each device's usage is treated separately to ensure precise tracking and billing. This method avoids complications that could arise from sharing pages across printers with different plans or rates.
Managing Multiple Printers
If you have multiple printers enrolled in the same account, here's how the rollover works:
Home Accounts: All enrolled printers under the same home account must have the same shipping address, but their plans and page rollovers are distinct and tracked separately.
Business Accounts: For business accounts with LaserJet printers, each printer can have its unique shipping address, and all printers are included in one monthly bill. Again, page rollovers are maintained individually per printer.
You can adjust your Instant Ink plans as needed to better fit your printing needs, allowing you to change the rollover limits according to the new plan settings.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
