I can not use the virtual agent as it keeps taking me to
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
I am trying to set up my free instant ink trial. Can anyone help, please.

I see that you're trying to get the free trial activated with instant ink enrollment. The trial months will be auto-credited once the enrollment is complete. Refer to the document HP Printers - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink for help.
