The problem is my HP account has an old credit card number: have spent a week trying to get to BILLING to put in new number. This email may have started a new account. I don't care - just let me change my BILLING information!

I understand need help with updating your payment details for your Instant Ink account. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
- Sign into your Instant Ink account.
- Open Account in the left menu.
- Click BillingChange Payment Method. Make sure postal codes are in the correct format.
