Product: Envy Photo 7155
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Enrolled on Jan 8th. Showing Welcome kit is on the way but its more than 10 days and still nothing. Out of black ink now

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.

I appreciate your response but  there is no option to contact anyone anywhere. The only option to help is 'virtual help" which is no help at all

Did you go to the page here: HP Instant Ink | HP® Official Site - Sign up here (hpconnected.com)?  1) Check the flag in the upper right and make sure the country listed matches your location. 2) There is a phone number for Instant Ink support in the lower right of the picture as shown here:
