purchased new ink cartridge from Asda, message saying can not use as not registered with instant ink, can not print any documents, why do i have to register if bought my own ink.

1) Was your printer enrolled in the Instant Ink program previously?
2) Can you send us a picture of the ink cartridges installed in the printer?
