I was shipped the wrong ink cartridge (Tricolor 65/304 instead of 63/302). Although it fits, I am getting error messages. When I put the old one in, it works. I have no way of telling HP Instant Ink that I need a new cartridge. I need a new cartridge. How do I convey this simple fact without going around in circles ?
