I have been sent the wrong ink cartridges just opened the packet at the weekend to find this out as I had some important documents to print of for late Monday. Tried to get hold of someone from HP but no joy its has to be the worst site to get hold of some one. No phone number so I had to buy a new set from Amerzon costing £24. could I claim this back?
