wrong ink cartridges

Hello,
I bought wrong ink cartridges from for my hp printer I bought 302 instead of 652.
The storage is unable to offer me a refund as the product is not longer in the original packaging.
Is there any other way of getting a replacement from hp? As it was an honest mistake.
I can provide copy of the receipt, as well as pictures of the cartridge if needed.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
