windows advisor is showing me that divece-ACPI\ENE0100 is not  compitable , and is showing details-The driver installed for this device is not compatible with Windows 7.

 

please tell me waht is meant by this and how can i fix this.

This package contains the ENE CIR Receiver Driver for the supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems.

Hi:

 

It is a driver to install the infrared receiver in your notebook.

 

To install the driver, download and save the file I posted.  Then double click to install the driver.

 

Follow the on screen instructions after the file runs.   The file should automatically install the driver.

suppose that i have installed this driver .then what will hapen to that driver which is pre-installed?

 

will it be deleted or will be as a junk in my pc?
