i cant download the software it says:
On the german site:
Wir konnten Ihre Anforderung leider nicht bearbeiten. Unser System hat derzeit technische Probleme. Bitte versuchen Sie es später noch einmal.
On the english site:
This product is not available in Software Depot. Please contact Software Depot Customer Service if you require help.

- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
- What is the operating system?
- Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?

I don't have a HP device I wanted to buy a license for the HP RGS (Remote Graphics Software) for my Windows Sender and my Mac Receiver but like I said Im getting error messages when I try to download the software for 1 week now and I really need the software....
