Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

My HP ENVY touchscreen laptop has got pink screen and inappropriate display. Laptop's model is M6-W103DX and OS is Windows 10 (64 Bit). Could anyone suggest what went wrong and how could it be recovered?

I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

Firstly, let's perform a Hard reset on the notebook: A power reset (or hard restart) clears all information from the computer's memory without erasing any personal data. Performing a power reset might fix conditions such as Windows not responding, a blank display, software freezing, the keyboard stops responding, or other external devices locking up.

Also, boot the computer into the Bios screen and check if you're getting a pink screen

  •  Turn off your computer
  •  Make sure you have connected the power cable
  •  Turn on your notebook, as it is starting press the F10 button repeatedly. if the issue appears on the BIOS screen. its a hardware related issue with the internal display. 

And, also you can check the display on an external monitor or TV.
