HP RGS 7.5 : Unable to active multi user

Hi community,

For 1st time i installed HP RGS 7.5 (sender and Receiver)

When trying to connect for multiple receiver , 1st receiver disconnected automatically. That is able to connect a single guest at a time. 

I have 10 receiver pc want to collaborate all of them at same time.

Clarification needed, are you trying to connect from one Receiver to ten (senders)?  RGS has directory mode which allows you to connect to multiple senders from one receiver.  When collaborating, it is multiple people (receivers) connecting to a sender and sharing a session.  The primary user who starts the session either can accept people to collaborate or there are properties you can use to automatically accept collaborators.  If the primary user disconnects or signs out, all other users will be disconnected.
