Product: z440 workstations and RGS software
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have two Z440 workstations, and am having difficulty with two things. One is matching resolution on the remote screens to my office

Both workstations have NVidia quadro pro m 2000 video cards

office has 1920 x 1080 dual monitors

remote system has 3840 x 2160 monitors

 

 

The second issue is currently when both monitors are turned on in the office, when I remote in, both displays show up on one monitor on the remote system

What version of RGS are you using on your sender and receiver?  What OS is on both systems (please provide build and version).  Is your remote system a VM?
