Hello,
i cannot find how to get support for HP RGS product F9L57AAE with carepack UC268E
There is a specific number to call ? (1y 9x5 RGS SW Call-in Tech Supp)
Or can we open a request by email or by summiting a request somewhere ?
I really cant find nothing if i start from the support home page .

i've been able to open a case using hp scm , Case ID: [edited]
hp scm support case manager pdf

hp.com/go/scm will ask for a serial number or a Service Agreement ID

Hello, This should help.
HP RGS support in USA (trained to get basic info to create case then quickly pass on to 2nd level support)
- Call (800-334-5144).
- Say “Software”.
- Say, “Remote Graphics Software” or “HP Remote Graphics Software”. (Do not say "RGS")
- Hold for a support agent…

Hi Kelly,
im sorry i did not mention , we are in Italy ad not in the USA .
The only number i did get is not specific to speak to RGS
support , is a generic HP support number , there in no choice ....
for HP RGS.

Outside of the US, users must select hardware support for the product in which they are using HP Remote Graphics Software on. Example: If you are using a workstation, the selection needs to be made is Workstation hardware support. They should be able to help you get support with RGS. Please let me know if you still have any issues.

Order Number ####
SAP Contract ####
Service Agreement ID (SAID) ####
But the number is an USA number , [edited] , we expect an Italy phone number or an email address.
