Product: HP Remote Graphics Software RGS
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On some PCs, the mouse pointer in the RGS session becomes very large.

On the local PC, the mouse pointer is the normal size.

The problem is not with every PC.

Need more information about your sender and receiver in order to help you.  I am going to reach out to you in a private email as I have a template I would like you to fill out so I can look into this.  There are different solutions to different mouse cursor issues.

One thing to check, go to your display settings and see what the scaling is set for.  In Windows 10 you can do this per display.  Let me know if this fixes your issue.
